(Classes are approx. 50 minutes, unless otherwise noted.)
BURLESQUE-ISH
This class is suitable for ALL levels of adult dancers who want to learn some sexy, flirty, seductive, burlesque inspired choreography, all while building physical strength and empowering your inner-diva. We’ll shimmy and shake (and probably twerk a little), and give you a work out that you will be having too much fun to even notice! A more fitted dance wear is suggested, but please wear whatever makes you feel like the vixen you are.
BEGINNING/INTERMEDIATE HIP HOP
This is a high energy class that will teach you to follow choreography, count music, and learn basic hip hop dance movements. This class is great for all levels, and anyone who is all about getting your swagger on in a cool, non-intimidating environment. Class starts off with a fun, easy to learn warm-up, and then we break it down with a killer hip hop combination. Come prepared to get down and dirty, and leave it all on the dance floor! Please wear sneakers and whatever style of clothing that gets you in the groove to work it out.
BODY ROCK BURN (HIIT)
This is our very own, in-house, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class, designed to get your metabolism fired up!
Join us as we navigate through viral workout challenges (Cha Cha Slide Plank Challenge, anyone??), and sweat our way through yoga-inspired cardio and resistance training rounds that use your own body weight to build muscle and burn calories. Appropriate for any and ALL fitness levels!
FEELIN' MYSELF FLOW
A guided stretching and body work class, we'll be feelin' ourselves as we work to increase flexibility and/or offer relief to overworked muscles. This class is taught on yoga mats (PLEASE bring your own), and we will use props as needed to help you work through any trouble spots.

Learn your favorite choreography!
We'll be teaching a little bit of everything - from NSYNC & Britney music video choreo, to combos from your favorite musical (Chichago? Hairspray?), choreographer, or even TikTok challenge!
